What to expect when you work with us

You deal directly with Gatslubs
We sell the goods or provide the agreed service under our own company name, and issue the relevant commercial documents.

Stock or sourced to order
Some products are held in inventory; others are sourced against customer requirements. We confirm availability and estimated lead times before an order is accepted.

Terms agreed before payment
Quotations set out the currency, price, payment terms and delivery arrangements. For cross-border orders, we clarify responsibility for freight, customs duties and taxes.
